And if the court rules in Lindell’s favor, what are the chances of civil unrest that make the BLM riots look like a joke?
SCOTUS won’t try the case, per se, even if they grant cert, from my understanding. What’s on appeal is if they (Kari Lake and Finchem) had standing to begin with as all the lower courts dismissed the case. If SCOTUS hears and says standing is good they’d remand and the case would in theory proceed. And as another commenter noted, perhaps more suits would follow.

If there's unrest, I would expect it to be less of an issues than antifa and blm in the past. By then, more people will have had their eyes opened and be on board. (I hope.)
