This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.

I couldnt sleep for anything, got like 3 hours i think lol and i have noooooo energy or will for tonights shift
pls pray for strength energy and mercy for me lol cause im out the door in about 20 minutes
I hope you eventually got some sleep. Try magnesium, research which type of magnesium supplement is best for sleep. You can also use magnesium spray, I don’t because it’s nasty sticky and you use it before bed. Kinda aggravating to have to go wash hands after you are in bed. Many herbs are great for sleep. I can only recommend lemon balm or California poppy. Also deep breaths in and out helps you concentrate on breathing instead of the 100 things running in your mind. Praying it gets better from another insomniac.
I just programmed myself to stay up all night because there was times when i took care of my grandpa he might need somethin at 3 am and i had to be ready for that. But honestly the worst thing that affects my sleep is im one of those assholes who spends 5-10 minutes lookin for something to watch while i go to bed. then i end up just watching it lol

Praying for you Fren, even though you’re already gone. Heavenly Father give our Fren strength and energy to complete the tasks he has in front of him this evening, and still have plenty of energy when done. 🙏🏻
That's tough brother, please stay safe if it's a physical job. Take some caffeine pills if you have to. I remember the days working at a coal mine on 12 hour night shifts to help pay for college. Many times I had to stop and run around for 10 min to wake up so that I could operate heavy machinery.

ya and im the one who usually does the cutting so im the one that gets to handle them right out of the oven all day lol
burned my hand pretty good my first week, but eh i've been through worse lol
