They need a law for this?
Wait-someone else notices this should be a no-brainer regardless of "yeah, but there's no specific law..."??
It’s crazy how many people don’t understand how law works.
Not defined in The constitution -> state law
Not defined in state law -> left to the people.
Delegation of authority left it up to the people so the state took control.
Our laws are written by good people for good people. It only works if good people are in control.
Just enforce current laws. Quit wasting everyone's time and money. We don't need anymore laws or bills matter of fact.
That was about my reaction:
"Wait, what? They've been allowed to administer elections to this point???"
'Air Bud' rules.
Another testament to how fucked up everything is: making a bill to cover an already in place federal law, being broken by the Fed, to protect a sovereign right of citizens FROM the Fed. Damned ridiculous .
The fact they need a law to prevent this, just insane.
It's a all crap
Go Texas! Should also include state and local elections.
I am right there with you!
I'm sorry - people who hire illegals as administrators should get an accessory to a crime charge along with instant termination.
And if someone is invading, aren't they inherently an enemy to the state?
What's aiding and abetting enemies to the state called again?
The problem is no one would do anything to get them (enemies of the state). All of them belong in the Mafia. Mafia won't prosecute their own. Just like everyone knows about Epstein and what he did for years, but nothing was done to him. You know what I mean?
That's right. Let's make what is already illegal... illegal some more. I mean, now it's double illegal. Take that!
We are so fucked.
2 wrongs = 1 right.
NOT
But they can vote, so it's OK.
