When the interviewer gets too close to the secret sauce Salvador informs him that he (Sal) is a PATRIOT and he will not reveal such information due to National Security.
However, the US Navy allegedly placed an order for an alleged cold-fusion device roughly a decade ago from an Italian inventor who claims to have invented, and built a cold-fusion device, known as the E-Cat.
Through the years, it has been widely reported that the "inventor" is a well known con-artist, and no real proof of a working cold-fusion device (the size of a microwave oven) has ever materialized.
Yet, I personally recall reading about the US Navy allegedly paying a million dollars to this "con-artist" to preorder an E-Cat unit.
So, when I saw this post I decided to make mention of that crazy E-Cat thing, as it relates to the Navy, and futuristic energy technology. Personally, I think the E-Cat is/was a hoax, but I felt it was worth mentioning here, for others who may be interested in researching this stuff for themselves. But be careful, there is a LOT of bullshit swirling around this story, and I make no claims for the legitimacy of any of ot.
Wikipedia calls it misinformation to fool our adversaries which is absolutely ridiculous, if it couldn't fool Wikipedia it didn't fool our adversaries. Maybe Wikipedia should be prosecuted for exposing our secret lies intended to fool our adversaries. They are all clowns scraping the bottom of the barrel for spin stories
Contractors,. Navy/Marines put out wants. Companies submit designs and build prototypes. The selected design/prototypes get tested. Changes to current aircraft get tested.
I think that stuff only has patents on them because we've already moved on from those technologies and most likely have others already completed with patents pending and probably other stuff being developed. Once so mething gets patented, it's like a form of open disclosure that the thing works in real life and real time. All the bullshit happening on the surface of this planet is all a distraction to keep people occupied from discovering the truth, including the story of Salvador Pais. He's just the face for everyone to be enamored with.
Keep digging, of course, just remember that this is all going "mainstream" at this very moment, with a real person attached to it, as a distraction. Kind of like a side trap meant to keep everyone occupied with (us included) while the truth continues to be hidden.

Ask Fauci about that rule....
Maybe true, maybe not.

Rossi is a con artist, nobody in the free energy field takes any notice of him.
There are much better machines around than the E-Cat: http://web.archive.org/web/20220429004028/http://www.cheniere.org/misc/oulist.htm
This man built ufos. I knew about him years ago as his name is on several patents for exotic energy and inertia displacement devices.

What program did he work for at Pax river? It's a flight test base. The navy doesn't design aircraft.
PAX is HQ for Naval Air Systems Command. They sure do design aircraft.

So it'll be even easier to import migrants?
