I'm not surprised, in 2013 the State of Florida opened a new Website for Unemployment filing. They spent 60 million dollars. Not only did the form look crappier than craigslist, it didn't have input spots for a LOT of the required information.
That Pales in comparison to the Obamacare site, which cost billions.
Blizzard had a great setup with WoW back in the day with the ability to pull data from the game via third party software. They could not have spent that much money, and it worked quite well.
