So BlackRock will be scooping them up so they can rent them out for $100 shy of what a full-time minimum wage job pays per month.
Wow, I neeed to start identifying as an albino illegal alien.
After servicing a computer in Baltimore one night, I heard gunshots. I left the area quickly. That is all.
I wouldn't buy a house anywhere near Baltimore/DC area even if it was 100% free with permanent and lifetime abatement of all property taxes for me and my descendants. Hell, [they] couldn't pay me enough to live there.
Individuals/Families pay $1.
Nonprofits with fewer than 51 employees would pay $1,000
Property Developers and Nonprofits with over 51 employees would pay $3,000
So in essence I’d expect the vast majority of the 200 homes on the docket will go to Developers more than likely.
I think I would set up a number of non-profits with under 51 employees, buy the houses then merge them into my giant real estate non-profit.
