You are looking at the ones that stayed. The FBI seems to have a personnel retention issue at the moment.

the FBI has been having such a hard time recruiting/retaining that I've been seeing job ads for them as actual advertisements web pages.

If you need fucking google adsense to get eyes on your government division.... well, its a symptom of a bigger morality problem
