A Republic exists to protect the rights of the minority. To be able to vote on who gets rights and who doesn't is what led to slavery of black people and internment for Japanese people. Both are stains on the history of America.
Unborn babies are a minority group of people, and they have a God-given right to live.
Feel free to have any opinion you want to.This is an incredibly divisive issue that loses votes for the R party every election cycle and that pisses me off. Disconnect this issue from the President and get everyone to weigh in and then everyone can STFU and it will be decided specific to each state. Don't like what your state decided? Move. At the federal level, small government - which is preferred in fiscal conservatism - should not be in people's personal medical decisions ever. Government is designed to be there to make and apply law for every citizen/religion/opinion and for common infrastructure.
Regardless of what anyone decides - if you don't think abortion is OK - then don't have one. Then you will be good with your God.

This is a complete misrepresentation of people of faith. It's not just, "I didn't have an abortion, so I'm good." The Bible commands people to stand up for the rights of the less fortunate. Focusing solely on your own actions and ignoring the violation of rights of others would actually be disobedience to God.
Proverbs 31:8-9 ESV
[8] Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. [9] Open your mouth, judge righteously, defend the rights of the poor and needy.
You can stand up for your opinion/religion but you can't force that opinion/religion on other people no more than jews/muslims/hindus can force their religion on you without a gun to your head. Any law has to apply to all. The same as if muslims become the majority you won't just accept Sharia. Government shouldn't be in the personal decision making + religion business.
The society we live in has already established bodily autonomy is not absolute, hence drug usage is illegal, or suicide attempts are met with forced hospitilizations. If one can't kill oneself without risking forced medical intervention, or use drugs without running afoul of the law, why would abortion be in some vaulted, unquestionable status? After all, all 3 are my body, my choice.
From what I understand it's a big driver for democrat turnout, so it could blind people to immigration, crime, and economy as it's a singular, very emotional issue
This movie is for late bloomers. Many books have been written on this subject. CW is not an option. 90% of america would perish in a year or two. China and Mexico take the west. Gangs take the cities. Underground bureaucrats take the underground facilities that control the rest of the us military. You do not want the swamp cornered like that. Talk about F U C K ed.
So now Kari Lake is walking back her support for this. All the people here who cheered Trump for kicking it back to the states - when the states stop[ fighting for the unborn, what's left? So sad that politicians are trying to win elections on the backs of the unborn.
ARS 13-3603 "A person who provides, supplies or administers to a pregnant woman, or procures such woman to take any medicine, drugs or substance, or uses or employs any instrument or other means whatever, with intent thereby to procure the miscarriage of such woman, unless it is necessary to save her life, shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than two years nor more than five years."
Nowhere does it call this a homicide or murder. Before horseless carriages this may have meant something but today it does little to nothing. Just drive to another state.
Basically this is just an impediment for poor people.
Laws don't go away just because they were written a long time ago
‘Murica been killing babies since 1800s?
Abortions have always been a thing. Laws only started to come about because doctors kept botching them.
Wow. Interesting to hear that it will likely be a ballot issue in November. Honestly it should be a ballot issue in every state.
Disagree.

The Republic exists to protect the rights of the people, and one of those rights is the right to life.
We can vote on candidates for office and on laws. But we cannot vote on whether or not to deprive people of their rights.
Bodily autonomy is also a human right. You deprive one right to protect another. This is a no win.

Amen!!
This 💯!!

Don't tell me judges aren't political
