Can't stand 'corporate' gyms anyway so good. Herd a bunch of sheeple into a cramped space to make them all do repetitiously similar things like a load of milking heffers, set to the most inculcating rhythmic and tribal 'pop' music around, and Instagram snapping a go go.
Vs the 'old fashioned way' of keeping fit, ie manual labour and not scoffing the size of yourself in chain crap 15min city-ready places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I completely agree concerning how retarded corporate gyms are.
This body was built on over three decades of manual labor, and whenever I had a wild hair notion to "work out" more, I'd just do free exercises: push ups, crunches, pull ups, curls using 2.5 gal jugs filled with water, etc...
People obsessed with their bodies, even in a perceived "healthy" way are still obsessed with their bodies... dysphoric self obsession is no good any which way you slice it.

Arguing with and insulting yourself, M42D?
Weird ...
Sock puppets should keep track of which accounts are being used.
