One of the people on the committee that killed this bill was State Senator representing San Francisco, Scott Wiener. Wiener does not have a current oath in place. His oath expired in 2018 (Wiener is at almost the very bottom, so you have to do a lot of scrolling): https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=1608
On January 11, 2024, I sent an email notifying the Senate Committee and Senator Wiener’s entire staff that he was working unlawfully without an oath. On March 27, 2024, the Secretary of State confirmed that Mr. Weisz still does not have an oath on file, so this appears to be flagrant violation of the oath laws. Clearly, if the lack of current oath had been an oversight, the Senate Committee would have immediately corrected it by having him sign an oath.
Likewise, all 19 of the Senate Staffers that I pulled oaths on are working unlawfully without oaths (see same link as above, the rest of them are directly above Scott Wiener).
I just made a post about the fact that Scott Wiener's oath of office expired in 2018. I notified him that he was working unlawfully in January. He still has't signed an oath, so the lack of oath clearly wasn't an "error" or "oversight." I'm trying to figure out now how to force him out of office.
Edit to add: I wanted to confirm that Wiener was on the committee that shut this bill down.
E..excuse me?

Guys, we need to clean house!
These people have absolutely no conscience. This is about as low as a politician could go. Advocating for child molesters, in the open.
Small wonder when they have that queer BDSM rat Scott Weiner as senator openly and unashamedly trying everything to legalise child rape.

If they did, the entire state legislature and 98% of Hollywood would be heading to jail.
