Some people have been asking for an update regarding u/94f450d - whoβs dog (ANGEL) was on fenbendazole - and he was posting daily updates.
Something happened where he was asked to stop doing that by one of the mods, and post updates in the general chat instead. Things went sideways and he got banned for a few days. π€·ββοΈ
Anyway⦠I contacted him today, and here is what he sent me.

Sadly, I had to have her put to sleep last week. She completely stopped eating, drinking and going outside. All she was doing was sleeping. When she was awake and looked at me, her eyes would roll back into her head.

Heβs no longer posting on this forum, and if you want to send him a DM to send your condolences, or post to reply to this post - please do so.
This breaks my heart. Iβm so sorry to see this. Please send my condolences and tell him we earnestly prayed that she would get better. God had other plans, I guess. Iβm actually crying now.
So sad for you 94f450d. You did fight the good fight for her and like the dearest friend you were for her you helped her go home.
No wonder you don't want to post here anymore. I completely understand. So many animal loving frens here though so maybe sometime you will return. God bless.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I missed his updates and was hopeful that things were progressing well. It's always hard to lose such a special family member. Big hugs u/94f450d I'm so sorry you lost your friend. <3
So sorry for your loss. We do all we can, but when its their time to go we have to accept the inevitable and let them go. Our wonderful furkids live on in our hearts.
What, your dog dies if you don't take unsolicited advice?! Jerk!! The advice was all over the place. How was he to listen to each piece of advice, or even trust where it was coming from. He was very gracious with giving feedback on his doggo's health. Some people insisted he should treat his dog in a different fashion, and they were completely rude.
He gave his dog shit processed and filled with carboloaded food and did not want to hear any critics, just hoping a pill a day would fix it.
Initially people were very respectful in the way they gave advise, but he kept giving the dog anything but actual food dogs should have.
When he then continues to post as if no advise was given, what do you expect?
Anyone here just egotistically unloading a sobb-story while refusing to take advise that would solve the issue should instead go to reddit and fag around there with the rest of the retards.
In my opinion, the dog died from being mistreated (in terms of food) by the owner, and I am sticking with it.
A body - whether it is a human or a dog - are capable of healing themselves from any disease using proper nutrients.
Do you even know what fenbendaloze does? It inhibits the uptake of glucose into the cells... Where does glucose come from? It comes from the liver processing carbohydrates. He was not interested in a actual solution (fundamental change in the way of life), but confirmation bias on the use of a drug hyped up on these forums here.

RIP ANGEL ! You will be greatly missed! πΆ

I know. We were all very invested in Angelβs well-being. When he told me the name of his dog, it made me even more sad.
She truly is a little Angel now!
Thank you for letting us know. I told him I would check in on her in two weeks. You posted this before I did that.
Well, weβre a team in a family. We look out for one another.

I couldn't have said it any better, so I won't try.
94f450d, believe me, I have been there myself, and I know how it is. Just remember this: you and Angel will be together again.

Condolences my friend.

This is what happens when you just want to share and get sympathy, but not really be interested in help from others.
Many times he got advise that would help, but instead or digging into the advise, OP instead became defensive.
Sorry for his/her loss.

He wasn't on here asking for advice you fool!! He was giving information that the rest of us wanted.
