Exactly, the course description can say anything and the curriculum can list whatever you want it to, but if the professor decides to teach around something they don't like or teach it through a critical lens in such a way as to undermine it, you haven't succeeded.

Replace accreditors and create new standards. That should also extend to people who edit and review textbooks and create educational materials for pre-K through college.
