I see, anon clarified below as 15k Meters and not feet which yes is standard as most will say 50k feet. And you are correct the F22 has the highest in the world of US fighters (that we know of) but for instance in 1977 Alexandr Fedotov (Chad) took a Mig 25 to
37k Meters (123,523 feet).
