Bull-💩 Skank Testimony
Just to drill down into the awful details, and I don't believe any of this happened:
Daniels describes Trumps positioning when she got out of the bathroom. She leans over with her hands behind her head and legs up to the side as if she’s laying on a bed.
Objection.
Erm, this obfuscates what happened. There is a gap, whereby it becomes unclear whether the alleged act was consensual, or not. One minute she is exiting the bathroom and he is sitting semi-clothed, on the bed; and nek-minute they are havin' at it. There are some steps in-between, and it certainly does not look like rape to a casual observer. If she didn't want to, then she could have left, as soon as his bathrobe came off. A man sitting on the bed is not threatening the lady who exits a bathroom. Really. But given that I still don't believe that a man newly married to a lady as hot as Melania would. So, what's the truth?
But hey, we are told that he was a reality TV mogul, and she was a film-maker. All the details to describe a power-dynamic that was irresistable to the poor disacvantaged little film-maker. So I guess they are trying to paint that she felt obliged, but then: it wasn't rape. It was a business transaction, between a succesful entrepeneur/billionnaire and a hungry and ambtitious Hollyweird wannabe.
Quite a lucrative business, they are thinking now. Maybe. LoL
This case isn't bout it being consensual or not. It's about payments, but they are putting on this show with testimony that has nothing to do with payments being campaign funded or not.

The idea is to try and make him indefensible so he loses by default, which is a sadly effective tactic that the bullies have used for many years.
She comes out with a different story every time. This is very different to the story she was pushing in 2016.
She already admitted that it never even happened. If she is the only witness and has been proven to be a perjurer whats the point? Every time i see a video of her on the news her pupils are as big as saucers (cocaine/meth/etc) and she always seems to be drunk and high as fuck.... they are beating a dead horse with this one -_-
Well she says one thing in one court and another in another. One of those times she perjured herself. PLUS she admitted she wanted to make some money by claiming the sex happened, once she realized that NOT having had sex meant she could not get any traction, i.e. free exposure via MSM.
I don't think Stormy Daniels is saying it was nonconsensual. More like it wasn't her idea, but she went along with it.
She said something about a power imbalance, but I don't she has ever alleged force.
A power imbalance implies compulsion on some level, so she is absolutely trying to move that direction.
