But look it says with 'this' new 'add.' Not an ad, an add. Like it's something you want to add to your subscribed list or something. And 'this' actually implies it's not a Trump-made ad at all. Not 'his ad' but 'this add.' Seems like obvious clickbait psychology. I think it sheds light on some bigger things we have to contend with in life like widespread misunderstanding of what people mean when they say things.
Nope. You're layering in your own prejudice. The text definitely misrepresents the nature (origins) of the video.
Clicks.
Add to that all the guff the creator adds beneath it, and one can easily form an informed opinion of the creator's motive here:

Paytrioting to the max.
Without this guff, I might give the creator the benefit of the doubt (just a poorly worded title). But given this context, it seems to me, the creator is far more interested in self-promotion and in taking advantage of the subject matter than the pursuit of truth.

Kek. I may have misused the word. It's slang over here, meaning junk, extraneous rubbish. (Indicating my bias against the over-the-top solicitation that the creator appears to be promoting.)
Where does it say Trump made it? Trump broke the internet? There is something to be understood here. We synthesize our own little version of reality by interpreting what we see and hear the way our brain understands it, not necessarily as it is. It's a loophole in the human psyche that can be exploited by clickbaiters and cause us to misunderstand what others mean.

Indeed. However, language and communication all exist within agreed upon conventions assigned collectively with meaning.
There are many different types of meaning: conceptual, connotative, collocative, reflective, affective, etc.
I think you are overly focused on the literal meaning as if that's the only meaning that exists.
Some texts (language strings) are intended to mislead. I think the creator intentionally straddles that intention. The subject line implies something. In and of itself, it is what it is. I think the Op would have done better to vet the intent behind the title and used something different for the board here, as the implication of the subject line is that this is an ad from DJT. We only find out it isn't when actually engaging with the content (the video).
I doubt that as many here would have engaged with it if they knew up front that this was a created fan-fiction video 'ad', and not an actual promotional video from DJT's campaign.
The creator exploits his ambiguous and somewhat misleading title, and the Op exacerbates the problem.

I called a whambulance. They asked what for. I told them someone fell for some clickbait and they said they would be right over.
Things like "add" for instance.
And the TRUMP sign that changes to fake AI letters on the right side of the screen - something like 7RVMH (but the 7 is backwards).
