Running away is not the answer at this point.
Russia won't get over loaded because the people imagrating to Russia are not worthless eaters looking to leach off the system. They're productive people who will work and be an asset.

They have basically the Same Laws we have here in the States, and WE have a Way Out of this massive mess, they do too....
Moving to another Country is simply not a smart thing to do, and what's worse, is it weakens the Nation you are leaving....
But, IF that is the Aim of Leaving, to Weaken and help destroy, then ok, there's the solution....
