Week of October 13. Look at 2008 for parallel where market got dropped ~3 weeks before election to sabotage Republican chances (as designed). Obama was behind in polls, and he needed cover for cheating (2 key swing states) and plausible reason why he “won” (media narrative).

Also look for market-related October deltas in Q drops for clues.

Nearly every market crash just prior to the Federal Reserve (1913) and ALL since have been by design by the International Bankers to either justify more Central Bank authority or steal assets from the American People.
