Can we get an Orange Pill flair?
It takes away power from the Feds and every major rogue government enitity.
I remember Trump stating that "Bitcoin is a scam," and then sometime after that Melania created some NFTs that sold like hotcakes. Now this. I'm confused.
Trump is famous for this technique.
“Please don’t throw me in dat briar patch!”
I get the impression that Trump really doesn't know anything (or care) about cryptocurrency. Not at all.
If he did, he would have supported it long ago, and so would all of you. Disintermediate the central bankers? yes please
He would have pushed for a gold-pegged monero (goldero?) backed by the US treasury, if he were really a kind of future looking Ron Paul libertarian
Very smart move by Trump's organization. Opens up more avenues for contributions and encourages move away from the fiat system which is dying. 👍
Is he confirming crypto’s validity? 🤔
He did come out saying he'll help prevent the government from interfering with crypto.

He’s been selling those Trump cards in the Matic network.
Doubtful. He's pandering to the left that is leaving the biden plantation and trying to appear like he's future oriented
Was this posted on Trump’s website today?
Today: The anniversary of the first Bitcoin transaction. 10k BTC was traded for two pizzas. That’s a $700 million value today.
Also today: House passes FIT21 crypto bill, and Biden admin released a statement saying he won’t veto it.
Seems like coordinating timing, but then again, I’m just a crazy conspiracy theorist.
Well I just sent over $17 worth of SHIB for the hell of it.
He accepts shitcoins and fraudcoins but still doesn't accept monero or dero
lame
ethereum, solana, doge and shiba are all shitcoins in my book
My guess is they won't be HOLDING it any longer than it takes to convert it to something that has a bigger upside.
This is disappointing. Crypto isn't worth the paper it's not printed on.
My gains beg to differ.
Even a Ponzi scheme makes money for the early participants. The endgame is that the "value" of the currency must be maintained by "mining" operations---which require electric power to run computers. Eventually, the required growth in "mining" cannot be supported and the enterprise collapses.
I've seen the value histories over time. They look like seismographs.
perennial pump and dump to launder fiat out of the system on the backend, to hide the quantitatively eased hyperinfilation. In other words, buying crypto with fiat means you're helping the deepstate create more fake money
ideologically, cryptocurrency is the most profound freedom-protecting financial technology the world has ever seen. Ever. It's quite amazing. But the problem is we allowed the fin-tech bastards in and they've turned it into a casino once again. So I support only privacy coins because those are more difficult to turn into casinos and little financial instrument games that the worst people on earth play
whales move the market for better or worse, but this is like musical chairs to the small fish like you and me---many of us are left standing. meaning what we had we lost, we become the losers. It's a zero sum game on the whales always seem to win, and the scores of tiny fish lose
Do you really want to be at the whim of the whales? I don't. I'd rather hodl gold or monero
