This does make my blood boil... However, once you sign on the dotted line the military owns you and can do anything they want to you... These young men and women volunteer to serve and to be treated that way is beyond abhorrent... He should try to sue the living daylights out of them but I honestly doubt he'll win... Cheers fren... ☕☕☕
Wow, I didn't even notice them kekekek.. Down votes don't bother me because it just tells me I struck a nerve they didn't know they had... Thank you for pointing them out though as I find them humorous... Cheers fren... ☕️☕️☕️
They do that because who in their right mind would storm the enemy lines knowing they could/would die? Obeying orders without question is the main goal they teach in boot camp. They also teach you that you don’t have to obey an unlawful order but in practice they are the ones that determine if it’s lawful or unlawful. At least that was the way it was in the 70’s when I was in.
Thank you for your service. What you say is a little worrying though. I thought one of the outcomes of the Nuremberg Trials was that following orders does not absolve guilt, and I always took this to mean soldiers should be prepared to disobey certain types of orders.
I guess it was always more along the lines of we may throw you under the bus later if it allows us to save face.
Agreed! It's not like they jabbed him after the takedown, in confinement. Don't ask how I know that when things are made hard, they deal with it harder...

The two down votes are probably from people that never served in the military.

You have a point there. Ultimately itcomes down to how they brainwash people into signing away what little freedoms they have...

Yeah, very similiar to Anarchists.
Yep and those who get "washed out" of the bootcamp are the ones who can think for themselves. Same is true for cops as well.
Absolutely my friend...
