Maybe the juror in question has some law knowledge and was too chicken to vote to acquit, (It would ruin my life!!). Took this as a way out. Anyway, it's going to suck to be that juror.
Just in case some of you did not know but judge Merchan was born in Colombia. Who is he taking orders from the Democratic Cabal or from Otoniel? Just saying...

It could be they never intended to win the case. They would like to drag this out right into the election. Should this end in a mistrial they will file the charges again.
They should have seen by now that even that won't work for them.

Juror's cannot talk about cases they are presiding in. Does this mean the jury, or verdict is disqualified?
So basically what you are saying is this is the first thing the judge did that was constitutional. Everything else he did was fraudulent.
