Your assuming God wouldn’t put a soul in it and would treat it differently than other life.
For all we know. He factored in the potential for his creations to unintentionally blunder into the creation of other life.
I mean there was a delay between the creation of the Nephelim and the floods of Noah. At least according to the books of Enoch at any rate. So did he wipe out the Nephelim because of the circumstances of their birth? Or because they embraced the Rebellion of their Fathers and continued to do wrong in his sight?
Maybe they function like the Golems of Jewish Mysticism. Functioning according to preset programming?
There’s a lot we don’t know about anything these days with any degree of true certainty. And most of what we think we know as far as a religious sense. Was ultimately compiled and filtered through organizations with incentives to lie and misrepresent information for their own benefit. And they for the most part created and set the Doctrine that we aren’t allowed to question decisions they made. As clearly their actions and choices were heaven approved of. Like what books are included in the Compilation we call the Bible.
If they say left some books out. It doesn’t mean that the Bible is any less the word of God. All it means is it’s just not All of it.
It's a misunderstanding that the Council of Nicaea first decided which books were canonical. The accepted books were already mostly decided by the early Church in the 2nd & 3rd centuries
I don't think God would put a soul into a man made object like a clone. There's a reason why He told us to not go around trying to manipulate His creations like this. And I believe that to be a big reason why. Because without a soul, the human mind is capable of horrors most can't fathom.

While it’s true the Council of Nicea didn’t definitively pick the books. The number was also far from universally agreed upon.
Catholics have 73 between old and New Testament
Protestants have 66
Ethiopian Church counts 81
Orthodox while the number can very somewhat by Church and subdenominations is often considered as having 79.
Hence the major discrepancies between Christian Faiths and Sects. Some recognize other books and ignore some.
So whose right? The oldest churches? Or the newer ones?
Level-headed truth and prosper apologetics has entered the chat.......
