Obama isn’t that smart, he’s a puppet as well, just a lot more coherent. He has a temper and can barely control it. He’s gay and was blackmailed for it a long time ago.

Before that. WHs started collecting intel when jfk was assassinated. We know the Bushes are dirty, Clintons are dirty, Obamas are dirty, McCain was dirty, Romney is dirty. Nixon got trapped. Johnson was dirty. Don’t know much about Ford. Carter got steamrolled by Bush sr and CIA. The art of war says every battle is won before it is fought. The reason I don't think Obama's motivation is blackmail pressure is he was groomed as a CIA asset from childhood. This is his life's mission.
True, there’s quite a bit of evidence that does suggest he is CIA.
