Prosecutorial misconduct? Hmmmm... Evidence tampering!! Sounds like a felony to me.
Let's prosecute Jack Smith now!
not only smith, but every agent involved in the Mar a Lago raid. they committed the fraud of tampering with evidence. we now realize why they did not wish to have security cameras rolling. corrupt cops are criminals, and alleged honest cops that defend them are corrupt as well.
Staging fake crime scenes wouldn't have looked good on tv.
...we would need to find out what his real name is to begin with...
This guy publicly acknowledged the crime. So when are heads gonna roll?? This part of the movie is getting old.
...tis...
While the democrats are still in power, he will never get charged. The question is though why did DJT never push back. He was letting them set precedent of going after a sitting president. Problem now is they know if he lives and walks into that office in January they are truly screwed.
Oh boy. When cameras and lawyers aren't allowed and the question of integrity comes into play, and they say "no no, there's nothing there, don't worry" only for the completely obvious outcome to be that they were tampering with evidence.
Hilarious. Why would anyone have faith in the federal government anymore?
...free money buys a lot of loyalty...
Okay great! So, what happens now? Trump exonerated, all cases dropped, and tools like jack go straight to prison?
I think that's fair.
...what is "fair" is not considered at all...
It's hard to believe even a President is not safe in his own compound. All these people should be prosecuted.
...where does that leave the "common man"?
If he isn't charged at some point?? This is way to over the top for a prosecutor to act like this.
...not "over the top" for a Democratic prosecutor...
How true, just over the top for what I expect.
...indeed...
Why does a prosecutor have info from an FBI raid? So he is also admitting he is in cahoots with the FBI.
Then Wray will not answer questions because its an ongoing investigation lasting forever.
...classic "Catch 22"...
I have, from the beginning, commented that the conduct of the FBI in obtaining those documents was incompatible with the requirements for custody of such documents. No custody receipts were enacted. It was just a "grab and go," with no verifiable inventory.
...absolute ironclad truth...
