Very happy indeed! Trump is immune for his official acts Clinton & Obama are not immune for their underhanded acts
Agencies can't be judge & jury anymore and they can be sued with the statue of limitations starting when harm was done. (Goodbye BigPharma!)
These are great wins!
wow
Does this mean a lot of the EPA Agenda 30 crap and other Eco nonsense may be dead in the water? I’ve noticed here in California all the open space, creeks and ponds, etc. have become ecological/wildlife preserves and say “no trespassing.” When I was a kid we played all through the creeks, made forts, fished, rode bikes through trails and over jumps we made…now suddenly these creeks say no trespassing? Wtf
Idk 4 sure but my guess is at worst you woll have tp fight it out with them if they want to atop you
Just read this excellent post yesterday and thought some anons might find it useful and insightful. Second paragraph of the article the SCOTUS decision:
I think the real key to this ruling is not what the president has immunity for, but that it outlines in detail where the president doesn’t have immunity. Keep in mind, up until the last year the president was presumed to have blanket immunity. So much so that no one has even dared to challenge the office.
Now, not only has precedent been set that you can charge a president and put him on trial (thank you Dems), but you have a full roadmap sanctioned directly by the Supreme Court (thank you Clarence Thomas). I think this is the last real legal tool that was needed to pursue the deep state from a legal perspective.
Some discussion from when I posted this yesterday also:

Glad it finally got stickied, it's a great article!
Oh I like this post!
It's very clear and it explains how after this presidential immunity qualification, previous presidents are now more and not less likely to be prosecuted for any crimes they committed.
So, does anyone think it might be a good idea to start a thread that would list examples of all of the possible lawsuits that I might be able to unleash against bureaucrats, under these rulings?
My question is how do we apply this SCOTUS immunity ruling to diplomats? The US State Dept. is full of crooks with "diplomatic immunity." It seems to me that if the president of the executive branch has an immunity test, then subordinates [with immunity] within the executive branch should have the same rule applied to them.
That was an incredible article, thank you for sharing! And I am bookmarking this Covid & Coffee blog!
Glad you enjoyed. There's A LOT of great content on substack.
