Quickest way to change the language to change the culture is to use an entirely different language.

Spanish on the ATM was when I first realized they were replacing us.
Spanish just recently popped up as an option at my local bank's ATM in N Alabama.
They've swarmed this place.

Using another language keeps immigrants forever in a lower, disadvantaged class. That's by design.
This way they can be controlled more easily by the English-speaking demon cabal and used as political pawns.
We should have made English the official language of the nation and government back in the 1950s when the political will existed

The fact that all of our road-signs are in English, should make it "self-evident" that its the (unofficial) official language in our country.
