These will be the first people to complain that their neighborhood is a "food desert" when all of the businesses decide to pack up & leave. Cue up the gub'mint intervention.

They act like locusts at times. Once all the crop fields are baron, they will migrat into the surrounding towns to ravage their crop fields.

They work mostly in hordes, swarms, etc. I reserve the term parasites to be exclusive to politicians that are anti nation they represent. Although you are correct with the use of the word, I like it my way lol.
