I meant that the audio would have to be doctored in order for the theory of the shots coming from behind Trump to be true. To me, it sounded like they came from Trump's right, which is what it ended up being.
I think the shot came from Trump's right. Trump was looking to his right so his right ear was on the side of his head away from the main crowd and it was that ear that was hit. A shot from behind would have entered Trump's head. Shots from left and right could have just hit the ear and missed the skull.
