Each supreme court justice presides over 1 or more circuit courts. Clarence Thomas presides over the 11th circuit.
Damn, at first I read your post as "circus courts". Well, maybe it's not that far off... 🤔
No - that has always been the 9th. Of course Trump filled it with conservative/constitutionalist judges so it isn't as much of a circus anymore - maybe one of those roadside kids parks.
