Trump walked down a ramp that was MUCH steeper than that roof. The ramp was smooth, with no texture, still damp from an earlier rain, and he was wearing dress shoes with a hard, slippery sole. Naturally, he didn't want to slip, so he walked carefully, and the fake-news went crazy with it.
