Yes I think that technology has been around for a while. Can't remember where I saw it but had to be at least 5-7 years ago. Basically shoots almost exactly where you line the crosshair up. If anyone has any sauce on that technology please post a link.
OK so if they used these sorts of bullets, then why didn't it follow when trump quickly moved his head like that? Was it already too close to make that sort of change of direction???

Not that it means anything, but I'm not aware of "smart bullets" nor anything similar being actually live / in use / in production.
Again; the gov has / does successfully hide SO much shit from the public, so "smart bullets" could absolutely be one of those things, but IDK......
