If Kamala Harris is determined to be ineligible to replace Joe Biden (should he be deceased), would that mean President Mike Johnson?

Kamala is an anchor baby, "Joe Biden" may already be dead, and SOTH Mike Johnson is next in the chain of succession. Hmmm...

Correct. Harris, by virtue of her birth certificate is NOT eligible. Her parents were foreign students at the time of her birth. She does not qualify. Mike Johnson will be President, and can then use Article 25 to place Donald J. Trump. :)

Trump could / WILL win the 2024 election regardless of whether Johnson "puts him in" as VP and then steps down, so I think it will remain crystal clear that The People have chosen him.
