Aldi's for those that cant line up a rancher. You can get top notch for decent. We're looking at doing a half a cow in the next few months. $4.00 is cheap, even at "Hanging Weight" There is no comparison between ranch - grass fed beef to grocery store. Although, we are pretty happy with Aldi's. I live off of protein and could never be a vegetarian. Nothing beats a good steak.
Double check the ingredients on beef at Aldi. A few months ago I saw a post on social media with added ingredients to ground beef. I don’t remember all the ingredients listed in the photo. I think it was beef and natural flavors. They don’t disclose what natural flavors are. The poster said she emailed Aldi asking what the ingredients were. They responded with: tell us what you allergic to and we can tell you if it’s in the ingredients.
I hadn’t thought of it. I have maybe shopped at Aldi about five times in twenty years. We bought a 1/4 cow last year and that’s the way to go if you have room for a big freezer. If no room, find a local slaughter house that sells it. We have been eating carnivore for seven months and have flown through the beef. Hopefully getting more in a couple weeks.
Just started shopping at Aldi’s 2 weeks ago. $3.99 for grass fed ground beef and 8.99 for grass fed ribeyes. Other surprisingly well priced organic goods too.

When Im on a heavy beef diet, I feel so much healthier. The body just works better.
They lied about damn near everything. Even the fat from beef is much needed.
Your body takes three time longer to process & digest red meat (beef). Chicken, fish, shellfish are the way to go. Mediterranean diet works for me

iick - never thought of checking that either, assumed beef was beef, not beef and chemicals.
