I've been there too. The amount of graves is staggering, and it's even more sad when some of the crosses are marked as "Unknown." Some will never get the recognition and respect they deserve. And France just spit on all their graves during the opening of the Olympics.

Communion is the holiest sacrament in Christianity, as it further unites us with Jesus every time we partake. So, beyond being an ugly slap at all of Christianity, this Olympic show was a mockery of the very holiest essence of our faith. Shame, shame, Thomas Jollly and all of France. Look to your beautiful cathedrals of stone and try to understand the love of God that produced them Shame!!!

Belive you me the French are very proud of the way the allies liberated them in 1944, to conflate the allied sacrifices with the abomination that is the olympics with Normandy is does no one any favors.
