I saw another video from the good doc on Vitamin D. If you are going to take large doses you have to take the K2 to keep it from causing plaque in the arteries.
K2 is also important to help retain calcium too if I recall correctly.
K2 is supposed to direct the calcium into your bones ---- where it belongs. K2 is in some fermented foods.
Sauerkraut! I eat some every day.
That helps with gut health too and he has covered that in his videos. Kimchi too is another alternative.
Yes it helps with bone density and to keep your teeth strong.
