Just watched it again. This makes me so angry.
Judges are supposed to be the unbiased, informed, educated, arbitrator of “justice” and law. The pinnacle of western society and protectors of freedom and justice.

This thing is clearly deranged, she doesn’t deserve the title “judge” or the respect that title deserves.

What makes me angry is that none of these DS players will answer the questions put to them.
Still get tired of these jackasses not letting them finish. Let them fully explain themselves. Let them bury themselves. Interrupting them may score internet points but it doesnt do anything other than feed ignorance. She was about to prove that the government is defining things in such a way that judges are going to be hand tied. They cannot go one way or another. Judges dont make the laws they have to pass judgement based on what the laws are and the lefts insanity is making it impossible to be impartial. And just like Ted Cruz frequently does, he pretends to be internet tough guy and stops her from answering. Repeatedly.
The man has 5 mins. Liberals give long winded responses to yes or no questions. This eats up time. This is a lib strategy. Howley gives them no time to play that game. He has the evidence already He uses his time to present evidence to the listening public.
All he did was state what she wrote and stated his opinion. Its a waste of time. Their answers may be long winded but hearing the insanity in their words is more damaging than his opinion of their words. It also helps hide it. Dems can just point to the fact they werent given a chance to explain. America is none the wiser. Not more informed on anything but his opinion. And Im glad you brought up the time. Because I see him as wasting it. Everyone knows there will be a long answer and he spends tine aski g her "did you say that?" Why ask at all if you arent going to get an answer. He is wasting his own time with highschool level questions.
So alot of it went over your head. Wise men and that the most dangerous questions are simple. Howley was making her judicial record and political positions known publicly. He exposed her bias. And he was very effective at it. Many learned something they didn't know. Except you of course.

He didnt show anyone her politics because he didnt let her answe it was just his opinion. He may be right, may be wrong. But I am tired of the simple question no answer routine. This is a major problem with the legal and “justice” system, it has been infiltrated with religious zealots who believe there are multiple genders.
They hate straight males and females, particularly white, hence the biased sentencing. They want to destroy western values and society and are doing it from within the system.
No person should be allowed participate in the “justice” system if they have any form of bias or denial of factual reality. No exceptions.

Amazing how these twisted people will not own up to what they really believe. It's in black and white yet she still denies she wrote it. These people are evil yes and, they're practiced liers. If she thought the American people were into what she believes she would have been proud of what she wrote. These swamp creatures know that their sick beliefs are not supported by the majority. Just voted for him in our primary. I usually don't bother filling in the blank when there are no opposing candidates for the primary. I figured he earned the vote.✔️👍
The idea that any law is perfect for every situation is unlikely. Yes, there are people who do not have the normal XY or XX chromosomes or gonads typical of their chromosomes. A situation may arise where a judgment call is needed. You absolutely cannot make "bathroom rules or laws" that can be applied to every single situation. But, in general, the bathroom laws should protect the majority, not pander to those outside of the norm, while leaving girls and women at risk. Sounds like this judge was whining about having to judge something.
