After playing the vid at 1/2 speed it sounds more like he's saying "No, Holtz says he's not referred til 5 he has one in custody" or something like that.

This sounds like someone bringing some communication or drug or weapon over the border to be used for nefarious purposes but why would this be used instead of a more direct charge?? Unless it would be used to forfeit Iranian assets??
