Just curious... is it reasonable to think that AI could be used as an impartial judge at some point? I don't trust humans to sustain their integrity. But AI could be hijacked, too. I wonder about it....
AI is a tool. It doesn’t have a free will and therefore it doesn’t have responsibility. So, no!
NOT ONLY NO BUT HELL NO!!!!!....The A$$HOLES need to stand before a Judge & Jury, even if MILITARY TRIBUNAL and the EVERYONE SEES what is taking place!!!!!
This is why Gitmo's Main Court Room was expanded for THE NEWSIES TO BE TELEVISING THE PROCEEDINGS!!!!
I understand that the courtroom in Gitmo was expanded due to the amount of criminals to be tried. The newsies will be in a separate building on the mainland. Wasn’t there an article several years ago when POTUS was in asking for newbies to apply for the trial coverages, with the base being in Georgia area?
In a word: YEP!!!!! I would like to be there...
Also, the Base you are alluding to is Robins Air Base, Robins Ga...and for a quick guide: https://www.military.com/base-guide/robins-air-force-base
NOTE: Robins AFB is the largest industrial complex in Georgia. The base covers more than 6,934 acres, including Georgia’s largest runway. The runway is 12,000 feet long by 300 feet wide with two 1,000 foot overruns.
NOTE THE RUNWAYS...Imagine flying to-from Gitmo!!!!! OH MY...
Guess some shorts are just about to start turning "brown" or "yellow"...👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍👍👍
DOESN'T MATTER TOO ME...The way OUR Government has been going I will have a smile on my face, BUT when these ppl meet their maker...Another Judgement will be passed...Pray for the souls who are about to judged is all I can say...
Far more likely AI is the Antichrist.
Kill it. Kill it now.
It's going to happen no matter what. We can't do anything, it's all on God's plan.
Article 14(1) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights states:
AI output is a product of its input, as processed by a very complicated set of steps whose effectiveness is not simple to measure. Putting a machine on the bench would raise huge and continuous questions of competence. Who among us would accept a guilty verdict from an AI?
The most I could see would be the attorneys on both sides using AI to form better arguments and surface helpful information, basically automated research assistance that would still need to be cross-checked.
UUUUUHHH EVERYONE>...Let's put the AI crap to bed right now...these malcontents are going to be tried in a court of law with REAL PEOPLE...PDJT HAS TO SHOW THE WORLD WHAT HAPPENS WHEN OTHERS OVERTHROW A GOVERNMENT...esp. here in the United States...
The DEFENSE teams are going to be doing a yeoman's job trying to keep these people out of the DEATH PENALTY OR LIFE IMPRISONMENT, BUT, make NO mistake, once they hit GITMO, they are NOT coming back to the United States of America!!!!
I think you're right. At the very least there would have to be a human checks and balances process. But attorney's using AI to navigate case history would be something I would want from my attorney.
