Also getting rid of PE classes. Probably one of the dumbest things I did in retrospect back in 90s high school was drop my PE class for another academic course. I fell hard for the "I'm a smart nerd, I don't need to be physically strong" psyop back then. Given my progress right now in my 40s as well as seeing what my dad is achieving in the gym in his 70s is making me wonder if I had the genetics to be a pro all along had I actually been encouraged to put in the effort.
I eat red meat (less so these days than pre covid, due to doubling of the prices, even at Costco), get in the sun, lift heavy, in competitive sports (BJJ), don't drink, don't smoke, don't do drugs, overall very y healthy.
My T levels were half the levels of a 65 year old man in the 80s.
I have to blame the environment around me, and all the microplastics and dyes and other crap they put in our food. Even my other buddies in BJJ have their T levels shot, and we're all healthy men.
If you're still jacked it's because your have high androgen sensitivity, that's the part of the equation that keeps getting left out. Even if your diet is on point in the end your body only makes as much T as it actually needs, hence why you see "low-T" guys who are still jacked and "high-T" hardgainers. This is also why some dudes blow up way more than others if they use PEDs.
Ugh. I'm so sorry man. You're doing everything right and I completely agree, it's almost for certain environmental.
If you don't mind me asking, how's your ability to add muscle mass and how is your libido?
I want to be cautious with my suggestion but you could get mild T therapy, though add the risk of shutting down your batteries a bit which could be a problem if you want to have kids in the future.
Libido was crap and had worse than zero urge to workout, it was negative. Literally felt like trudging through mental tar to drag myself to my garage gym. Garage gym!
I got in T since April and have felt significantly better! Also in HCG no should be g2g
I think everyone has low-T. I think it's coming from the vaccines. I snapped out of it about 9 years ago and haven't had one since then, but I think that plays a big part of it. Back when I lived in America, I was 32, had a baby, didn't get much sleep, plus weighed 23 pounds more than I do now, my naturopathic doctor suggested I go on a low-dose T cream. I did that for about 2 months and it made me sterile. I got off of it and my T-level went from the 800s down to about 100. I took tongkat ali and began the recovery process. I'd rather not ever take that again. Give pine pollen powder a try. LostEmpireHerbs.com
Man I'm so happy to hear you got on T therapy but it fucking kills me that you had to. You're doing everything right.
I'm hopeful that the RFK Jr. influence on the DJT campaign is going to really wake this country up on restoring good food and water to the citizens.
And brother, you have my sympathies on the hell that is low T. I'm 49 now, but 20 years ago, I had double pneumonia (almost died) and a 103-104 degree fever that was undertreated by multiple doctors.
Fried my eggs. I spent a year at low T after being higher than normal T my whole life. Was hell on earth.
Been on injections once I found the right doctor (Zyosted is wonderful btw) but I know your pain. Damn glad to hear you're feeling good again. T is life.
Not a coincidence that T levels for young men have been steadily falling for the past two decades, most likely due to chemicals in our water and food.
Just one more battlefront in the war.
