I assume that the timing of this long-known-but-rarely-discussed issue becoming a major fact-checked, ridiculed, talked-about, proven and expanded-on (adrenochrome) meme was arranged by the Trump campaign and/or other White Hats. It is pure genius.
Compared to humans, dogs and cats are all feeling and emotion. Dogs (and cats) help open us up to our own feelings and bring our love to the foreground. There is too-little love in the lives of most people -- probably more true of Woke lefties than of well-grounded MAGA types -- and that effect makes us feel strongly bonded to our pets.
Jeffrey Moussaieff Masson, author of Dogs Never Lie About Love and other books, says that "love is the master emotion of dogs." Any pet owner can FEEL that reality (unless they're seriously closed off to it) and since love is a core need for humans -- see Jesus' words on Love in John: 13:34 - 13:35 -- our dogs (or cats) become far more important to us than many non-pet-owners might think.
The emotional punch of this cruelty to animals thing is huge and I suspect the effects will continue to grow. It's a crowbar into the healthy (but often buried or stunted) emotions of millions.
Dogs and cats teach us about unconditional love.
This news has spread so much that even my mostly-normie wife mentioned it today and I had never brought it up to her before. We were driving and saw some black dude walking barefoot down the sidewalk and she asked me if maybe he was looking for someone's cat to have for dinner.
Dear Lord please help me to be the kind of person that my dog thinks I am.
Spotted at a church in Kentucky.
As lefties say it's not happening, here's recent footage of Haitian Dog & Cat BBQ in Ohio. NSFW, NSFL:

This must be stopped immediately. If not, it will progress to humans.
I'll put a bullet in someone over my Malinois (pl).
I'll do the same for my Husky.
Our cat Gringa sleeps on the foot of the bed, not far from the AR.
It’s effective. As most people in Western Societies love and value their pets over the lives of strangers. As the pets are family. Most people instinctively love and value their family. Whatever form that may take over strangers. Which works for small Tribes and Clans. Not so well if you’re trying to build a society and culture beyond a handful of people or a remote Village/Town.
Part of why many religions encourage taking the thoughts, feelings, and wellbeing of Strangers into account. Treating them kindly etc. And It’s not because Humans are naturally predisposed to holding hands and singing Koombya with strangers. Even if we are the same Species. If it were. Such instructions like “Love thy Neighbor” being ordained from on High wouldn’t be necessary.
In fact through most of our History. Strangers arriving to the Village or roaming through your slice of the countryside. Or seeing strange ships on the Horizon. Often indicated bad news.
exactly^
and we need to take another Huge step, and talk about the Mass Slaughter of Millions of animals every year in the packing houses around our country.
I'm guessing many of them are strategically placed for the most impact-Loosh....
notice the push for carnivore diet.
HOW good can it be for people to eat meat
that is Tortured🙄
Family farms are the Only way to go at this point if you want to eat meat.
consume one large animal a season, and appreciate it.
Push for carnivore diet? That diet is being ridiculed by the medical establishment and meanwhile they're burning down food plants and pushing us to eat zee bugz and paying influencers too tell us that we're conspiracy theorists for questioning seed oils.
I think the 'destruction' is part of the plan to actually accomplish what I'm talking about; family farms.
The 'push' is from the 'influencers'. a lot of them are on meat only diets, yet they are buying store bought processed crap.
If they're for such a lifestyle, they should understand how to get proper meat.
also think this is a do-over for awhile, going back to simpler time, as GW intended.

"The phrase refers to the independence of the peasant farmer who is freed from military oppression.5 In the biblical passage there is a juxtaposition of the simple life with that of royalty or the state.6 Thus, it would seem that Washington's use of "vine and fig tree" in its full context would be an appropriate message in the setting of the American Revolution and the founding of the United States."@
