Just my 2c, probably a lot more to it but would make a lot of sense, unlike the last one which was far too close for comfort.

Well they say the shooter was camped out for 12 hours waiting, yet it was a last minute decision by Trump to golf. Those two things together don’t make sense. Did someone in Trump’s circle urge him to golf?
If that's the case, that's straight up a Decius telling Caesar to go to the forum moment to whoever told him to go golfing 😳😳😳
The answer to your points depends on the definition of a “last minute” schedule change for a person being protected by the Secret Service. Especially one who already had one attempt on his life.
I don’t know the answer, but I suspect it has to be several hours in advance, especially for a wide open venue like a golf course.
And this. I know my "this's" seem contradictive, but this was my first thought when I read about the camp out. This needs answering, and yours seems logical.
I read that MSNBC was on the course filming Trump (kind of like CNN at the PA rally). Who told them he would be there?
That too. Just like CNN airing Trump's rally live where he was shot when they never show live coverage of his rallies. Almost like they were tipped off that something was going to happen.
If they did, expect an arrest in a week or 2. I'm sure whoever is legitimately investigating this (as opposed to "investigating") would want to follow their movements and communications to see who they reach out to.
This.
I know I am old but..... The old school way of securing a perimeter was for guards walking the fence line. WTF OVER!!! Something wrong with this picture.
We would need to define last minute, for Trump who has a tight schedule, last minute could mean the day before, giving the shooter time to be notified and be in position.
If his decision to golf was the day of, yes the question would then be who pushed him to golf. Reminds me of a movie "Nick of Time" when a candidate's husband pushed her to still do a speech even though she wasn't feeling well, he had set up the assassination attempt.
Yep, I've read that his schedule was clear for Sunday, but maybe it was widely known that he planned to golf.
He could have casually mentioned it the day before. Unscheduled golf for trump is probably a rarity. Espescially since you usually get a tee time even if you own the course since etiquette is such abbig thing in golf. Also, he may have done that for a week prior for all we know.
