The biggest problem with humans is the attachment to thoughts and emotions. Only letting go of them can bring us true freedom and eliminate most of the pain and suffering. People need to learn to live in the present moment in the silent gap between thoughts, find the joy this moment brings and realize the illusions that cabal has put us in.
