Since they're all guilty of treason and felonious acts, such as insider trading and whatnot, along with instigating riots (blm/antifa), even that clause wouldn't exempt them from what's coming.

You are correct. They can be arrested for High Crimes at any time. I am just thinking for safety reasons they would arrest out of sight. How many fanatics would show up to aid the criminals ?
