In the recording and voice-over industry, there are lots of "sound-alikes" that make a living doing voice ads pretending to be someone else. James Earl Jones had several imposters, and Sam Elliot is famous enough to have some too.
Add to that the very real software that can match any voice and make it "say" whatever a content creator wants it to say, then it's a whole new ballgame.
This ad ALMOST sounds like Elliot, but not quite. I'd bet a cheeseburger, with bacon and grilled onions, that this is a fake.
The irony of the message is that she already brought us all a huge change over the last 4 years. So now, they are telling us there is hope and joy for the change... from that which they themselves created? That makes no sense. Are the American people that stupid... regardless of who does the voice over?
Sad about Elliott, he is a good enough actor, looks better as an old man than he did when he was young, and has a very pleasant voice. Maybe he needed the money, or he is compromised in a way he doesn't want in the open. Or he is just stupid. But still, it's always sad to find out too much of actors you have liked.
And also sad to think there may have been actors who could have filled the spot he has had better than he has, but were kicked out because they wouldn't play the required games, while Elliott did.

Definitely has the deep fake vibe to me. Pace and depth of the voice are off, and the wording doesn't jive with how he usually speaks.
