Are you guys ready for the October surprise?
Here's the first surprise.
Flood insurance coverage for all Americans along the East Coast expires at 11:59 pm, September 30th.
It's called the National Flood Insurance Program[NFIP] from FEMA, which is set to expire on September 30, 2024.
Do you believe me now?
FEMA lost power in March 2024. They need their power back.
By any means necessary. Wars. Disasters[blamed on fake climate change], etc.
Prep up.

Looks like it may have been extended.
I work in flood insurance and I can attest to the fact that this was indeed extended.
Watch the water?
These policies are occurrence based and were in force at the time of the flood.
The NFIP is what makes business around water possible and entire local economies to thrive.
Without NFIP you will see a massive backlash as most people in the US live and work by waterways.
What is the relevance of this post? The flood happened before the supposed expiration. Wouldn’t claims be linked to the date of the event and not the filing date?
"But I don't even live near the water"
I still have mine until may next year, that amd hurricane here in Fl.
