If there’s a gas shortage, they’ll be a toilet paper shortage. I got some already.
One place TP is made is in Pennsylvania. Some of my relatives used to work there. 5am at the local diner and then off to work.
That's gotta be a relaxed kinda job, you know? I mean the stress level gotta be pretty low. I imagine just one long gentle stream of soft 2 ply flowing through my 9 hour shift.....well anyway.....
Heh heh, papermills stink!
Yuck
Imagine how many people cook your food in restaurants here in the u.s. that are of the no t.p. culture. Lots.
Yeah! My wife and I rarely eat out. Restaurants are nasty and expensive, but my wife cooks well!
What are the clams for tho. Still wondering about that
Er... clams?

TP is a luxury in most of the world...
Many Arabs eat with their right hands only and wipe their ass with their left hand by pouring water down their backside. They call their left hand their unclean hand and try and force every kid to be right-handed. You get caught stealing they may chop off your right hand, then you eat and wipe with the same hand.
That's only for flushing the toilet because they generally don't have tanks and float valves. Many of them are squat toilets.
For cleaning up after you've done your business, they all have spray guns. The well known "bum gun". No different than a bidet. It's actually much cleaner and more hygienic than toilet paper.
Wrong! I lived in the Philippines for 3 years and had numerous vacations besides. Bum Guns are only in fancier places. The norm is a bar of soap and your hand if you are a Filipino. In many places, the water pressure is low or no for a lot of the day.
The dipper is called a tabo and is used for all kinds of things. Often thats how you have to bathe, the typical bathroom has a sink and toilet and the entire bathroom is the shower stall. Many places that HAD a shower at one time are broken.
Its a very good idea to take TP with you everywhere you go. Yeah the bum guns are cleaner, recommend them.
Search Youtube: How to use a tabo
Our house in the Philippines has no bum gun, so having water is a major issue. We catch rain water for showering, flushing, washing clothes and dishes. Several water systems come and go, but only able to fill a few 5 gallon jugs a day because its a blue hose running down the street. We were lucky in that when there's no water system working we could get drinking water from a spring down a steep slope. If it hasn't been raining then save the water for toilet and dishes and load up to take the clothes and bathe in the river thats close to town.
If you eat only in upper-class restaurants and fast food chains, they will likely have TP and or a bum gun, same with hotels. TP is a luxury item that costs an hours pay for a small roll.
