Yes, and falsely -- emergency authorization is ONLY for when there is NO OTHER KNOWN METHOD of protecting against the disease the (not yet fully tested) vaccine is designed to protect against. In the case of COVID, there were several perfectly safe, long-used (by millions of people over decades) pharmaceuticals and supplements (ivermectin, HCQ, quercetin and/or green tea plus zinc, etc) that were both very safe AND had shown, even early on, strong prophylactic and curative effects against COVID -- unlike the deadly and expensive Remdesivir that Fauci & Co pushed on many unfortunate COVID sufferers.
