Miller reportedly said he had attended Trump rallies in Nevada with weapons in his trunk with no issues and said he assumed it would be the same in California.

Sovereign citizens have refused to pay taxes on these grounds and may create their own driver’s licenses or license plates in defiance of the law.
Officers are taught to and sometimes required to write in all capital letters on citations and hand written reports. I guess they think it's easier to read and reduces reader errors. Idk, but every cop I've ever known writes this way. Not always the most legible but at least consistent kek

Why is it, whenever you look at ANY police officials penmanship....it all looks the same? Odd.

Their penmanship is very, very similar no matter what state or jurisdiction.
