I dont ever remember seeing them print a ballot right there for each person one at a time as they came to vote. Ive only been voting in presidential, gubernatorial and primaries since 2016 but have never seen this done.
Does anyone at all have any insight on this?
OK, my understanding is that they print your ballot based on what your address is. Because different neighborhoods will be voting for different things in one same county. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Correct,downballotts are different.
I vote locally so all ours are printer the same.
Sounds right...
u/#correct
lol love it!
Of course. If they use pre-printed, pre-numbered ballots on special cardstock paper, that would be infinitely hard to cheat on.
Record everything. Record your arrival at the polling station. Record going into the booth. Record marking your ballot. Put your drivers license or other gov't ID w/pic in the recording at the same time. (If there's a 'control number' on the ballot, make sure that's in frame too.) Record turning in your paperwork. Record leaving the polling station.
When they cheat, and they're already cheating, your recording proves you 'have standing' for the inevitable court appeal, after bluehair judges start tossing the cheating case(s) for 'no standing'.
Just contact the suing attorneys to have your name, and recordings, added to the lawsuit(s).
The ballot paper that we were provided this morning when we voted had an arrow printed on it and nothing else. I fed the paper, not quite as thick as heavy cardstock but thicker than paper into the voting machine in the direction the arrow pointed, made my selections, printed it out, checked to see that the people were the ones I voted for, walked over to another machine and fed the paper ballot into the machine and made sure my votes were recorded. This is the same way our voting was done in 2020 and 2022. I’m in southeast texas.
I'm in SE Texas too and my experience on 10/22 was identical to yours re: the voting process.
I went this morning to vote early in Lady Lake, Florida! ID verifies your Name, Address, and Birth Date! You next validate that the information on the screen is indeed your Name, Address, and Birth Date, and a number is generated you are required to acknowledge the number and then you move to the next station, and the Ballot is generated and the number at the top of the Ballot is a number which needs to match the receipt with the number! After that you move over to a desk and mark your Ballot, then you insert it into the machine that keeps your Ballot!
I know that's how they did mine in 2020.
So no watermark on the paper?
No it's not, but it's the fing dominion system so it doesn't matter what/how you vote. As Stalin said. I only care about who counts the votes. Good luck.
Same as Georgia. Printed my ballot at the voting machine. Made sure it was right.
Q. Weird initials on my ballot. In the clerks area for initialing she doodled an eye with an arrow pointing up right through the center of the eye. I did not have my phone and showed it to my wife. She said it was an initial. This symbol does not even closely resemble a letter. Also her initials were under the eye?
They reject ballots with any other writings on it. I guess it is okay if yours asks for signitures?
