My belief is that we need to make any election tampering, illegal voting, voter suppression, or vote stealing a capital offense again. The reason is that our right to vote is as sacred as our right to life, right to property, and right to pursue happiness.

How would we know there's an election integrity issue? When your paper ballot goes into the scanner /slash/ collection box, it switches your vote from Trump to Harris. The machine is not going to call you up on the phone and tell you it switched your vote.
