Hm. Indians should probably get theirs in their language - feather, not dot, ones. While they mostly need to be bilingual it's good to keep those languages alive, having people who can speak some minor not well known language can sometimes become useful so it should be encouraged. Oh yeah - we might need a number dedicated to some of those Cajuns down in Louisiana. Not because they can't understand or speak English, but because some of us can't understand a damn thing they say.
